Hazel Louise :: 11 months

You're almost O N E ! I can't handle it. This time last year I had a giant belly and was day dreaming about what you'd be you're crawling all over the place, making us laugh all day long, clapping, eating a TON of food, getting into evvverything and brining so much joy to our home. You are a handful and I love it. I'm so thankful God made you just the way he did--you're a blast.

Here are some pictures of this past month. It's been fun & busy!

Us with our community group down by the river celebrating Easter before church! I'm not quite sure how this is the only family photo we took...but at least we have one?

You at church on Easter. They had a celebration for the kiddos before service started. You loved the parachute!

One day when I took you to campus with me to meet up with some students. You loved it :)

You're eating everything & anything! We're trying new stuff all the time and you're gobbling it all up. You're down to 3 feedings a day--I nurse you once in the morning and then ya have 2 bottles of formula (once in the middle of the day & one before bed).

You're still taking 2 naps a day (& still only about 30 minutes each...). You sleep like a champ at night though so I really can't complain. We traveled to Vancouver, Canada, this past week for a staff conference and the time difference was quite challenging for you...making it quite challenging for all of us :) We made it though though and enjoyed our time there! Even if our days did start at 3:30am ;)

Oh man, you're really just a ton of fun. You're waving and clapping at everyone and everything. So many people stop and talk to us when we're out. You're a smiley girl and love to laugh. You're still in this shy stage where you mostly only want to be held by mom or dad.

You're into everything....always exploring & so curious. It's great and exhausting all in one!

You have 4 teeth! Two on the top and two on the bottom. Lots and lots of hair. You're wearing 6-12 month clothes, but you're starting to outgrow you 9 month pj's. You've been in those things since you were about 5 months so I guess that makes sense! You're an expert crawler (so fast!), you're holding onto the couch and walking along side it, & trying to stand up on your own, but you're not quite there yet. You sometimes try to "share" your food by offering it to us. Clapping and waving a ton!

-First Easter
-First time out of the US (to Vancouver, Canada)
-First time to a rainforest (we went while we were in Canada)

I love you, munchkin. & I can't wait to celebrate your first birthday next month!
